Executive Secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asante has debunked suggestions in a statement that the Art Centre has been sold.
His statement comes after an audio recording circulating on social media, pointed to that fact.
Mr. Asante, said an unnamed woman indicated that she accompanied some elders and chiefs to meet with him for the sale of the Art Center.
In a Statement, the Secretary to the President said the so-called meeting never took place.
He described the allegation as preposterous.
The statement added that, Mr. Bediatuo has no authority to engage in such conversations as such matters must follow laid down processes.
The Statement entreated all persons to disregard the audio, stop circulating it, and treat it with the utter contempt it deserves.
