Ghanaian Afro-dancehall musician Stonebwoy has made an emotional appeal following a robbery involving his road manager.
The incident occurred shortly after Stonebwoy had left his manager and a friend, who were then attacked by two armed robbers as they arrived at their home.
In an interview on the GTV Breakfast Show with Kafui Dey, Stonebwoy recounted the harrowing experience.
He revealed that the assailants forced their way into the compound, snatched the car, and sped off. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the situation could have been far worse.
“I could have lost my road manager’s life. I’m just grateful he’s safe,” Stonebwoy shared.
He took the opportunity to plead with the robbers to return the stolen vehicle.
“We don’t intend to hurt anybody. We just bring love to the people. Kindly, please park the car somewhere. It’s a Benz, you know,” Stonebwoy pleads.
The ‘Manodzi’ hitmaker, emphasized that the money and valuables in the car were not a concern. His main focus was on the safe return of the vehicle and the well-being of those involved.
Stonebwoy also highlighted the unfairness of the situation, reminding the robbers that taking from others who have done no harm is unjust.
“We haven’t hurt you, we haven’t stolen from you. We’re only working hard to get our peace.”
