President Akufo-Addo has commended Muslims for going through the Ramadan successfully.
Speaking at Eid-ul-fitr prayers in Accra, the President urged Muslims to adapt to the virtues of Islam to attain peaceful co-existence to promote development.
President Akufo-Addo said his government is committed to the task of bringing prosperity to every Ghanaian.
He emphasized that the Minister of Finance has signed the commencement warrant for the Minister for inner city and Zongo development to begin the development of Zongo Communities.
The President said that Ghana is the envy of the World because of the peaceful co-existence of all religions.
He therefore encouraged the public to help preserve the culture of religious tolerance and report suspicious characters.
