October 2020, marks two years of the inception of the Nation Builders Corps, NABCO. It is an initiative that saw the recruitment of hundred thousand graduates in various sectors of Ghana’s economy. Described as value-addition to competencies of beneficiaries, the program seeks to enhance employability of trainees and eliminate the ever-growing numbers of graduate unemployment. Two years on, GBC’s Rachel Kakraba takes a look at the prospects and sustainability of the programme.
