The 2022/23 Adonai Estate Volta Division Two League season has been launched in Ho, the Volta Regional Capital
The launch which took place at the Ho Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall also saw the official Logos of competitions under the Volta Regional Football Association (VRFA) unveiled.
The launch was the first of its kind in the history of Volta Football. The unveiling of the logos is to give a unique identity to the competitions under the Regional FA.
The Logos are for the Women’s League, Juvenile League, Volta FA Cup, Beach Soccer League and Division Two League.
In attendance was the Chairman of the Volta Regional Football Association, (VRFA) Mr. Daniel Agbogah, CEO of headline sponsor, Adonai Estate Limited, Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai, Ho Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Frederick Akitty, Volta Regional Director of the National Sports Authority (NSA) Daniel Sarpei, Founding Faculty of the School of Sports and Exercise Medicine, at the University of Health and Allied Science (UHAS), Drusilla Asante.
Others include Members of the Executive Council, former VRFA Chairman, Francis Dogbatse, Football Administrators, and Coaches, Division Two League Clubs, Women’s League Clubs, and Juvenile League Clubs.
The official launch will make way for the start of the 2022/23 Adonai Estate Volta Division Two League season which is slated for February 10.
The Adonai Estate Volta Division Two League will propel the start of the Regional Women’s League, the Juvenile League, Beach Soccer, and Division Three at the district level.
This season, Congress unanimously switched back to playing the 2022/2023 league season at various Game Centres across the region with Sub-Middle League also returning.
The Zones have been expanded from Eight(8)to Ten(10) for proximity because of the Game Center approach.
Fixtures have been released ahead of the big kickoff of the Adonai Estate Volta Division Two League, the apex league in the Volta and Oti Regions.
