Assuming his presidency of COP 28 officially at the Expo City in Dubai, UAE, Dr Sultan Al Jaber has made a clarion call for all world leaders to ensure COP 28 gives enough space for climate financing to meet the magnitude of the moment and also maximize mitigation efforts”.
“Adaptation must be the heart of all climate actions. Let’s put nature and livelihoods at the core of national plans”, he further added.
160 heads of State and over 97,000 delegates are currently attending COP 28 in Dubai, UAE.
