Management of the Driver and Vehicle Licencing Authority-DVLA, is inviting the general public to its 25th Anniversary Public Lecture to be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the Cedi Conference Centre of the University of Ghana.
The Anniversary Lecture with the theme: “Navigating the Future: Innovating and Excelling in Public Service”, will gather most pioneering minds to share ideas, reflect on the significance of the Anniversary, while celebrating the Licencing Authority’s journey.
The Dean of the University of Ghana School of Law, Professor Raymond Atuguba and the CEO of Toptech Ghana, Mr. Cecil Ebow Garbrah as speakers, including other industry experts and professionals, will use the occasion to deliver papers on the theme, while underscoring the importance of efficient public sector service delivery and the overall success of digitalisation in the public sector.
They will also share insights on modernising driver and vehicle licencing in Ghana, covering milestones, safety standards and the future of technology in the public sector.
The networking session will afford participants the opportunity to network with industry players, amongst others. The Anniversary will also feature exhibition of the 25-year journey of DVLA and provide on-site licencing services to the general public.
