Political marketing strategist, Dr. Bernard Tutu-Boahene, has urged former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, to appear before the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to address the ongoing investigations. He also raised doubts about the legitimacy of claims that Mr. Ofori-Atta is receiving medical treatment.
Dr. Tutu-Boahene shared his thoughts during an interview on TV3’s New Day show on Monday, March 17, 2025.
He emphasized the importance of Mr. Ofori-Atta’s cooperation with the OSP, stating, “If you fail to appear for an extended period, I will be forced to consider you figuratively absent,” implying that a prolonged absence could have negative implications.
Dr. Tutu-Boahene also raised questions about the legitimacy of Mr. Ofori-Atta’s medical claims. “For me, is it the case that the OSP is aware that truly, Ken is on medical treatment? Or the man is just giving an excuse because he doesn’t want to appear before the OSP,” Dr. Tutu-Boahene questioned.
Despite his skepticism, Dr. Tutu-Boahene advocated for giving Mr. Ofori-Atta the benefit of the doubt. “And that is why I’m saying that, given the benefit of doubt, I feel that Ken should find time to come and then face the OSP, even if it has to do with a day or two,” he suggested.
“He added that an agreement could be reached allowing Ofori Atta to return for further medical treatment, with subsequent appearances as needed. “I think that will not be something bad,” Dr. Tutu-Boahene concluded.

That means Mr ken ofori atta didn’t have Ghana at heart, they only know of themselves and their family, come back home and clear your name or else you are a perfect definition of corruption and God will punish you for Ghanaians 😡🤲
