The interim injunction issued by an Accra High Court to restrain members of the funeral committee for the late Ga Manye from going ahead with activities for the next ten days, has been set aside.
According to a ruling by Justice Patrick Baayeh, upon further readings, the applicants of the injunction failed to give the court the true state of affairs.
Therefore, the order of interim injunction granted on October 25, was made in error.
He said in fairness to the parties, any party desirous of proceeding may come on notice to the other party, for a proper evaluation of the evidence from both sides.
