The Overlord of Dagbon, Ya Na Abukari, has called on authorities of Northern Electricity Distribution company, NEDCo, to restore electricity supply to the Kobilmagu Community.
The Koblimagu Community has been without electricity for some time now after NEDCo suspended its services in the area.
This follows an attack on its staff.
Few weeks ago, there was tension between Koblimahagu and the electricity distribution company over allegations of power theft.
A NEDCo staff sustained cutlass wounds by a resident after power theft claims. This, resulted in a scuffle between the two groups and subsequently an Electricity cut to the area.
Ya Na Abukari, has condemned the behaviors of the young men and called on the police to speed up with investigations.
