Speaking on the Breakfast Show on GTV, he alleged that Ghanaians who deal in the business of transformers are the people who buy the stolen transformers from the thieves.
Mr. Owusu-Hene suggested a heavy monitoring and investigation of scrap dealers, so as to get to the bottom of the matter.
He concluded by saying that, the first point of reference to arrest such people, is to watch the captures of the CCTV Cameras placed across the country and also monitor the people who deal in transformer businesses.
