The Chief Justice (CJ), Justice Sophia Akuffo has called on Judges and Magistrates to enshrine quality and fairness in their dispensation. The Chief Justice was speaking at the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Association of Magistrates and Judges in Accra.
This year’s Annual General Meeting is captioned; “Independence of Judiciary, the way forward”.
The Chief Justice said it enjoins all to share the responsibility of ensuring quality justice delivery. She said integrity, fairness and impartiality which are the hallmarks of judicial independence are also necessary for the quality of Justice delivery
