The West African Examinations Council, WAEC, has announced suspension of the 2020 WASSCE, Examination following the increase in coronavirus cases in Ghana and other West African countries.
The Examination is suspended until an improvement in the public health situation.
Confirming this to Radio Ghana, Public Relations Officer of the Council, Mrs Agnes Teye Cudjoe, said the decision was reached following concensus amongst all WAEC Member Countries in an effort to contain the spread of coronavirus.
