MP for Madina, Francis Xavier Sosu, adding his voice to legalities of the issue of Doom and Gloom Prophesies, argued that if prophecies made by religious Ministers appear to create fear and panic then the situation exposes the failure of the regulatory bodies.
He said the Constitution has provided individuals with freedom of speech and religion which should not be taken away from them.
Mr. Sosu regretted that is hypocrisy displayed by some Ghanaians.
He said there are series of criminal cases that need to be attended to, rather than ”the focus on spiritual matters”, Mr. Sosu said.
