Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye sworn in as Deputy Minister of Health

President Akufo-Addo has sworn into office, Dr Bernard Oko Boye, as Deputy Minister of Health. This was at a ceremony at the Jubilee House, in Accra.

He administered the Oaths of Office, Secrecy, and Allegiance.

The President told Dr. Okoe Boye to bring on board his energy and talent to the work of government to ensure a robust Health sector.

He said the challenge ahead is a huge one, particularly at this time the country is battling the spread of COVID-19.

Dr Oko Boye who is Member of Parliament (MP) for Ledzokuku, thanked the President for the opportunity given him to serve the country.

He assured him that he “will give off his best to succeed in the fight against the coronavirus.”
