Ejura Chief calls for calm as police probe murder of Kaaka

Ejuramanhene Nana Osei Hwedie has called on the youth to desist from creating more tension and allow the police to do their work to bring the murderers of social activist, Ibrahim Mohammed to book.

His call comes after hundreds of youth took to the streets of Ejura to register their dissatisfaction over the murder of the FixTheCountry campaigner, Kaaka.

In a brief address to the media and the youth at the Chief’s Palace at Ejura, Nana OseiHwedie told the angry youth that he shares their pains, and extended his condolences to the bereaved family.

He advised the youth to refrain from acts that have the propensity to trigger riot or any untoward situation.

Meanwhile, some youth have taken to social media to express their anger at circumstances that led to the death of Kaaka.
