The Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) has expressed satisfaction with the Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) over its effort to meet workers’ remuneration expectations and the implementation of a robust Performance Management System.
A delegation from the FWSC led by Mrs. Baaba Anquandah, Director Salaries, on Tuesday 28th March 2023 undertook a familiarisation visit to GRIDCo.
The GRIDCo Team, led by Ing. Samuel Nkansah, Director of Finance, explained to the FWSC that the Company’s tri-partite committee had concluded worker negotiations.
Ms. Florence Agyei, Director Human Resources informed the FWSC delegation that GRIDCo has been implementing a robust Performance Management System for the past four (4) years with positive results.
The team was also updated on the recently completed physical staff validation exercise by the Internal Audit department, to ensure the payroll is reliable.
Both institutions agreed to hold continuous engagements.
