Two dormitories got burnt in the early hours of 7pm yesterday at Accra Academy senior high school near the Kaneshie-Odorkor highway.
Alema and Halm Addo halls were the affected dormitories, at the time of the incident students were in classrooms attending prep.
However, the challenge the schools faces is the personal belongings consumed by fire of students dwelling in the affected dormitories
In view of this, school authorities are yet to comment on the issue, but gbcghanaonline understands the were no causalities recorded on Wednesday’s fire outbreak and the cause of the fire is not also known.
