Students of Rocco Montessori School Located at Medie, in the Ga West Municipality of Greater Accra Region, have received fire safety sensitization at Forecourt of GBC. It formed part of activities to commemorate international firefighters day.
The students were taken through some basic drills in putting off domestic fire with the fire extinguisher. The students were educated on the need to promptly reach out to officials of the Ghana National Fire Service during fire outbreaks.
A minute of silence was observed for firefighters who lost their lives in line of duty.
