Fisheries Minister engages Shama Traditional Council to boost sector growth

In a significant move to strengthen partnerships and advance the fisheries sector, the Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Hon. Emelia Arthur, recently paid a courtesy call on the Shama Traditional Council.

This visit marked an important step in her tenure as she formally introduced herself as the new Minister. The engagement highlighted her commitment to fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

During her visit, Hon. Arthur reaffirmed the government’s commitment to developing fisheries and aquaculture in the Shama Constituency.
