GBC- Volta Star Radio’s “Eleafe le gbe” has been crowned the Best Radio Cultural Programme for the second time in a row at the Second Edition of Ghana Arts and Culture Awards in Accra.
The Awards is organized by the Arts and Culture Company which portrays the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Ghana to the world.
“Eleafe le gbe”, which means “Our Culture Our Heritage” is a programme that promotes the cultural heritage of the Ewe’s in the Volta Region.
It was nominated alongside five other programmes on five Radio Stations in the Greater Accra, Ashanti and Eastern Regions.
Presenter of the programme, Ben Vidzreku was given a plaque and citation. He thanked GBC, colleagues and individuals who voted for the victory.
