The Ghana Immigration Service has cautioned the public to disregard adverts on some social media platforms and websites about recruitment.

A release signed by Superintendent Michael Amoako-Atta stated that the purported recruitment of personnel is false.

It said publications on any recruitment or enlisting into the Immigration are made in the national dailies and on its official websites.

The statement also said it does not engage the services of agents or intermediaries in hiring processes.

It, therefore, warns the public to be wary of such charlatans who claim to issue appointment letters, sell forms or have the ability to assist individuals to be recruited into the Ghana Immigration Service.
