The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration is temporarily closing the VIP Lounge of the Kotoka International Airport effective today (March 21).

In a circular to diplomatic missions and international organisations and consulates accredited to the country, the Ministry said the measure is geared at containing the spread of COVID-19.

It said the move is to halt further importation of the virus into the country.

All passengers will, therefore, go through laid down protocols at Terminal Three.
