The Suaman District Command of the Immigration Service has arrested 2 suspected armed robbers at Africa, a small Community near Akaatiso in the Juaboso District of the Western North Region.
The two who gave their names as Emmanuel Kombat, 21; and Lala Mohammed, 25, have been identified as Togolese nationals.
Speaking with GBC News, Superintendent Stephen Opoku Agyemang, said Lala was first arrested who later aided in the apprehension of Kombat.
Superintendent Agyemang said the suspects entered the country through an unapproved route in the Northern region and are being sponsored by one Abu Sunyani.
The two suspects have now been handed over to the Juaboso Police Command for further investigations.
