The case of an alleged leaked audio recording of the National Chairman of the NDC, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, has been adjourned to Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
This is because the Court of Appeal judge sitting with additional responsibility as a High Court Judge Justice Samuel Asiedu, is unwell.
Mr Ofosu-Ampofo and Kwaku Boahen, a Deputy Communications Officer of the NDC have been charged with conspiracy to commit harm to certain persons.
The NDC Chairman on the other hand is separately facing a charge of assault for allegedly inciting party communicators against the EC Chairperson and Chairman of the National Peace Council.
Both of them have pleaded not guilty to the charges and have been granted bail.
