The Chief Justice, Anin Yeboah, has declared Monday 9th to Friday, March 13, 2020, an Alternative Dispute Resolution, ”ADR week”.

The focus of the week is to reduce the backlog of cases at the courts by twenty percent. The one hundred and thirty-one courts participating are made up of thirty-three Circuit and ninety-eight District Courts.

A statement signed by the National ADR Coordinator, Alex Nartey, said the courts will devote the week for settlement of cases with the use of ADR.
