Motorists warned of traffic disruption on N1 and N2 Highways tomorrow

The Ministry of Roads and Highways through the Ghana Highway Authority says there will be traffic disruptions tomorrow 14th August to Sunday 15th August from 10am to 2pm each day.

It is to enable GRIDco and its contractors to decommission conductors on existing transmission lines that traverse the N1 and N2.

This is contained in a statement signed by Deputy Chief Executive of the Ghana Highway Authority in charge of Administration, David Hammond.

It said the affected areas of the N1, are Mallam junction, Tema-Aflao Road near T.T Brothers traffic light, and N2 which spans Tema-Akosombo Highway around the Ashaiman pedestrian overpass.

The statement asks motorists and commuters to follow the traffic diversion signs to be placed at the various sections on the N1 and N2.

It apologized for any inconvenience caused.
