The Member of Parliament (MP) for Krachi Nchumuru, Solomon Kunyo is holding the government responsible for what he describes as the bad nature of Nchumuru roads in the Krachi Nchumuru district.
Mr. Kunyo who was the first District Chief Executive, (DCE) said the current “government is to blame for how deplorable the the roads have become”.
He made the point while addressing the Chiefs and People of Bejamese during a durbar to celebrate the Tora Asunke Festival.
“All the roads in the district were awarded to First Sky before the National Democratic Congress (NDC) lost elections in 2016, but when New Patriotic Party (NPP) government took power, they asked the Contractor to suspend the works and that they were auditing roads till today that the road have remain as it this”, he asserted.
