The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the termination of all volunteer appointments within its offices as part of an ongoing restructuring effort.
In a circular dated 21st February 2025, NSA Director General Mr. Felix Gyamfi stated that the termination will take effect from 28th February 2025.
However, districts with only one staff member will retain a single volunteer for assistance, while vacant districts will continue to have support staff in roles such as cleaning, catering, and farm management.
NSA expressed gratitude to the volunteers for their dedication and hard work.
The circular also instructed Heads of Departments, Unit Heads, and Regional Directors to ensure that all NSA property, including laptops, documents, and motorbikes, is returned by the deadline.
