Registrar of Companies temporarily shuts down online application services

The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has announced a temporary shutdown of its online application services to enable the office to undertake maintenance works to improve system performance.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued by the ORC. It stated that the shutdown is due to maintenance works being carried out on its system to reduce the downtime experienced by clients over some time.

“We appreciate your patience as we resolve this situation to forestall future occurrences.

The online application software is a crucial tool for businesses and individuals,” The statement added.

The ORC plays a pivotal role in the business landscape, facilitating the registration and management of companies and corporate entities within the jurisdiction.
