Founder and Leader of Life Assembly Worship Center and Ghana Union Movement, Reverend Christian Kwabena Andrews, popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom has revealed in an interview with Abeiku Santana that he used to pay people whose deities he destroyed to attain fame.
The man of God who attained popularity through the razing of idols and deities disclosed that, in as much as he is powerful, he had to pay the worshippers of the destroyed deities to prove to the public that there is a man of God with such superpowers.
According to him, he paid about GHS 5,000 to the worshippers of such deities after demolishing them.
He acknowledge that the act of destroying the deities made him popular and recognized nationwide, and even overseas.
Osofo Kyiri Abosom who was also a Presidential Hopeful in 2000 Election, acknowledged that the strategy really paid off as ”membership in the Church and followers across board doubled”.
He disclosed that he has since stopped tearing down deities.
