One hundred and sixty (160) unidentified and unclaimed bodies at the Police Hospital Morgue are to be given   mass burial to de- congest the facility.

A statement from the Hospital’s Administration is appealing to the public to within 21 days contact its Pathology Department for identification of the bodies before it goes ahead with the planned exercise.

This is to avert a situation where such bodies are added to those earmarked for the mass burial after the deadline from this announcement.

The hospital has advised the public to at all times carry National Identity Cards to aid police officers in identifications during crises.
