Pokuase Interchange becoming a danger zone

After over two years of its completion and opening to use by motorist, the Pokuase interchange serves and connects motorists to different parts of the capital providing spacious driving lanes and easy visibility during the night the installation of bright street lights.

Just as every creation has both positive and negative paradigms, so does the Pokuase interchange. The beauty it showcases at night when viewed from the aerial angle and all other angle is gradually deeming underneath it. A part of the interchange that connects motorists to ACP, Kwabenya and Madina respectively is gradually becoming a dangerous place for pedestrians and traders that ply that stretch.

According to close sources, beneath the interchange that connects to ACP, has served as a car park and taxi station to both the Pokuase Township and ACP Estates respectively but has recently become a danger zone to users. In an interview with a commuter of the stretch, he disclosed that there have been series of robbery attacks on traders who use the stretch very early in the morning and late at night. He also mentioned that, such attacks has led to the death some young guys who resisted attacks.
