The Ghana Police Service, following an intelligence-led operation, on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 arrested a suspect Dawuda Sumaila seen in a viral video physically assaulting a young man with a machete by a fuel tanker.
The suspect, Dawuda Sumaila, a tanker driver’s mate, is currentlyin police custody and assisting with investigations into the incident.
The incident occurred on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Anyinam, in the Eastern Region.
