Government is to establish a Committee to take a comprehensive look at the compulsory acquisition of land by the state, its consequences and the possible restoration of land to its original owners.
Addressing the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs in Dodowa on the last day of his Accra tour, President Akufo-Addo said the chieftancy institution is still relevant and will continue to receive support from government.
President Akufo-Addo called on them to help in addressing Chieftancy conflicts in the region and be bold to speak against wrongs in society.
