A high powered government delegation led by President Akufo-Addo has commiserated with the family of the late former president Jerry John Rawlings at his Ridge residence.
The late former President died at the Korle Teaching Hospital after a short illness.
The news has sent shock waves to many Ghanaians with scores of them trooping to the official residence of the late former President to show support to the family.
Many of those visiting include NDC and NPP stalwarts.
The Government delegation included Vice President, Dr Mahmudu Bawumia; Chief of Staff, Frema Osei Opare; and Chairman of the NPP, Freddie Blay.
