Residents of Teshie Demo in Accra are appealing to government to resume work on roads which were abandoned in the area few weeks after the contractors began work.
Work commenced early October this year (2020) and the project has been abandoned for over 8 months.
Two weeks after dumping gravels on the roads, residents say the contractors have left the site with no signs of returning.
Speaking to radio Ghana’s Bernice Harrison, they complained about the bad nature of the roads and how the dust affects their health and business.
