The Special Prosecutor, Martin Amidu’s resignation has taken a section of the Public by surprise.
Some believe he has betrayed Government, considering the fact that elections are 20 days away.
Others also said he has done well to save his image, looking at the challenges he faced in the line of duty.
GBC’s Radio Ghana finds out from a Governance Expert, Dr. Eric Oduro Osae what Mr. Amidu’s resignation means in terms of Governance.
He told Radio Ghana that, he would not fault Mr. Amidu for resigning. What he thinks Government should do, is to build institutions and resource them to work without interference.
