Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Hon. Samuel Nartey George, has intensified efforts to address the water supply challenges in his constituency.
During a meeting at the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) District Office in Prampram on Monday, March 24, 2025, he engaged the Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, Regional Manager, and District Manager of GWCL to discuss solutions.
Sam George appealed for increased investment in expanding the water supply network and called for the announcement of a specific water supply timetable to help residents plan effectively.
He expressed satisfaction that water supply has resumed in parts of the constituency, including Dawhenya and Prampram, with assurances that Old Ningo and its environs will receive water by the end of the day.
He also emphasized his commitment to supporting the completion of the Aveyime Water Project, which is expected to provide a sustainable solution for reliable water supply in the area. His efforts reflect a dedication to ensuring improved living conditions for his constituents.
