UCC College of Distance Education resume lectures after COVID-19 break

Students of the College of Distance Education (CoDE) at the University of Cape Coast have resumed lectures to complete their first semester examinations which ended abruptly due to COVID 19.

According to the Provost of the College, Professor Isaac Galyuon, basic personal protective equipment including thermometer guns, Veronica buckets and sanitizers have been provided to all its Study Centers across the country.

Prof Galyuon who made this known to Radio Ghana said the students will move to online lectures for the next semester due to the coronavirus pandemic.

He said adequate measures have been put in place to ensure that all the enrolled students continue to develop their capacity since the development of every nation depends on its human resource.
