Solomon Kuyon, the Member of Parliament for Krachi Nchumuru together with the Constituency Executives led by the Constituency Chairman, Nana Nyurekyor Bismarck Mambo ll. distributed relief items to support victims of the Akosombo Dam spillage.
The items include rice, cooking oil, mackerel, secondhand clothing, blankets, medicine, etc to the people of Nantwie Akura, Tekpeste, Kaprae where Abogyese Akura and Agbo Akura met, Old Dentemanso, Old Akuvi, Ebo Akura, JJ Kope and Molekope on the 13th November 2023.
On the 14th of November,2023 the second phase of the distribution started with two main distribution centers namely Motoka and Manfi kope where the following communities converged for their relief items, Akote Amemor kope, Doe kope, Mafi kope, Bator kope, Kyereboso, Ada Kponu, Ada kope, Hornor kope and Agave.
Hon Solomon Kuyon made it clear to the Beneficiaries that the items were donated by John Dramani Mahama’s younger brother Ibrahim Mahama.
