The General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Stephen Wengam, is on an official visit to Canada.
Rev. Wengam, who was accompanied by his wife, Mrs Monica Wengam, was welcomed at the airport by the executive members of the Ghanaian Fellowship of Canada Assemblies of God, chaired by Rev. Milton Offei, Senior Pastor of Evangel Assemblies of God, Toronto.
The visit aims to strengthen ties with the Ghanaian Fellowship of Canada Assemblies of God and other church bodies.
Rev. Wengam is scheduled to speak at the Easter Convention of the Fellowship.
He will also pay a courtesy call on the General Superintendent of Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, Rev. David Wells, and meet with Ghanaian pastors and churches leaders in Canada.
