Popular Ghanaian Youtuber, Wode Maya, has expressed the desire to be the African ambassador to China.
The Digital Creator stated that he would know how to negotiate with China to develop Africa if he is made the ambassador to China.
“I wish I am the ambassador of Africa to China like I will get them the best deal. I know how Chinese people act and I know how Africans act. So I know the two,” he stated.
According to him, the relationship between Africa and China could have been the best but African leaders do not know how to bargain.
“It could have been the best ever but African Leaders don’t know how to bargain. But now, I think African Leaders don’t know how Chinese people act so they just carry, bring the money, they accept them and they take it to the next level,” he stated on GTV’s Breakfast Show.
He added that African leaders need to sit down with the youth to discuss how to change the continent.

“Do you think they care?. No, No, No Kafui Dey for me, this is unapologetic and I will always say this here. The Leaders on this continent need to sit down with the youth to discuss on how to change the continent. Do you understand? the leaders cannot do it alone. We just need to have that, what do we call it, collaboration. Because the youth out there have knowledge, the people sitting down there are not interested in that knowledge that the youth have and at the end of the day, nothing happens. That’s why I am saying everybody knows the problem of the continent but no one is ready, no one. We’re gonna talk and talk till we all go and leave the continent to the next generation,” he noted.
