Assembly man files nominations to contest NPP Primaries in Nabdam

By Peter Agengre

A Parliamentary aspirant of the New Patriotic Party in the Nabdam Constituency, Charles Taleog Ndanbon has filed his nomination forms at the party office in Nangodi to contest the Parliamentary Primaries to be elected as a parliamentary candidate for the 2024 elections.

This has finally paved way for him to officially embark on his campaign towards increasing the votes of the NPP in the constituency and probably winning the seat.

Party supporters, small scale miners, and business partners were part of the crowd that accompanied Mr. Ndanbon to file his nominations.

Addressing some supporters, the business mogul said it was time for him to respond to the call of the youth and contribute to the growth and development of the constituency where he hails from, after serving the District in many different capacities.

“I have been an assembly member for two terms, I was a polling station chairman, a two terms constituency organizer, financial secretary and has held many other positions in the party. I must tell you that the experience is great and if I become the PC for my party in Nabdam, we will win the seat.” Mr. assured the crowd.

Mr. Charles Taleog Ndanbon is in his second term as the Assembly Member for Tindongo Electoral Area in the Nabdam District in the Upper East Region.

He used the opportunity to appeal to delegates to have confidence in him and give him the mandate to lead the party in the 2024 elections.

While calling on party executives, sympathizers and party supporters to help him achieve his political dream for the betterment of the area, he also called for unity.

“I’m asking my party members that we must come together. When we are united, we are taking the seat from Nawaane. That’s why it is very easy to break a broom stick and difficult to break the bundle. So let’s unite and win the seat this time from the NDC” Mr. Ndanbon appealed to supporters.
