A book on political swing seats in Ledzokuku launched in Accra
Ledzokuku Constituency is one of the few constituencies where parliamentary election results are not a foregone conclusion. This lack of electoral predictability suggests that a significant block of Ledzokuku voters are persuadable. But how are these persuadable voters different from their unpersuadable counterparts?
To unravel this mystery, a well-researched book authored by Mr. Clement Ablorh Kommey, a media personality with over 20 years of practical experience and an astute marketer has been launched in Accra.
The 70-page book with 10 charters, titled “Political Swing Seat in Ledzokuku (understanding the militating factors from 1992 till date), according to the author seeks to help political parties to focus more of their efforts on persuading these anomalous voters even in areas considered strongholds.
“The Political Swing Seat in Ledzokuku” (understanding the militating factors from 1992 till date), is an impressive collection of knowledge and historical antecedents around partisan politics. It’s indeed an initiative of the highest standards, which offers rigorous analysis and arguments to counter skepticism about politics along the coastal stretch of Greater Accra.
Speaking in an interview with the media after the launch, Mr, Ablorh Kommey, explained that partisan politics in Ghana have moved from the usual rhetoric of the indivisibility of all human imagination rights to the concerted efforts in researching to challenge it with a scientific approach.
According to the author, the book will add to the body of knowledge to create a solid foundation for further studies.
“The Political Swing Seat in Ledzokuku” covers most of the answers and gives a scientific realistic approach to systematic solutions to political life in the constituency and beyond.
Prof. Isaac Abeiku Blankson, President of the African University College of Communication, wrote the book forward.
