Hundreds of supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) this morning gave a rousing welcome to the Vice President and the flagbearer of the NPP, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as he took his campaign to the Awutu Senya East Constituency to present what he has termed “Bold Solutions for our Future,” to the electorate.
Dr. Bawumia who began his campaign tour from the Kasoa market, interacted with the traders, drivers and passers-by. He then went to the Odikro Palace to pay homage to the Chiefs and leaders of the area.
At a stakeholder’s engagement with the Clergy, Imams, Tipper Truck Drivers, Concerned Traders Association among others, Dr Bawumia shared his vision for the country and the achievements.
Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East, Mavis Hawa Koomson in a remark urged the electorates to stay committed to the NPP by voting the flagbearer and for her to retain the seat.
Some of the stakeholders expressed gratitude to the government for the development in the area.
A representative of the Ghana Pentecostal Churches Council, Kasoa branch has a message for all political parties hinged on peace before, during and after December 7, 2024.
The focus of Dr Bawumia’s campaign is to engage Ghanaian citizens to shed light on the NPP’s accomplishments while articulating his transformative vision for Ghana’s future.
