Old Students and the entire Keta Senior High Technical School popularly known as “Ketasco” are poised to celebrate their 70th Anniversary at Keta in the Volta Region with the theme “Retrospect and Prospect”.
Dzolalians all over the world are excited to celebrate Keta Senior High Technical School’s remarkable journey to 70 years.
A global health walk is expected to come off on Saturday, 25th November, 2022 in Accra, Kumasi, Keta, and selected cities in the UK as well at 6:30 am.
Old students of the School are also making preparations for an End of the Year Get Together Dinner at the Army Officers’ Mess at 37 on 22nd December, 2022 to mark the end of this quarter.
Speaking with George Sappor on the Uniiq Breakfast Drive, the General Secretary of the Past Students’ Association, Yusif Wasiru, said fellow Dzolalians and admirers of the school should anticipate a brainstorming event in January, 2023 to bring old students together to evaluate their progress over the years which will transition them into the Founders day celebration in the last week of February, 2023.
“So the plan is to start the year with a brainstorming session and then we will have the founder’s day event which includes the public lecture we normally do and go to Keta to have that Homecoming in the last week of February”, he revealed.
The Public Relations Officer, Fafa Xorli, entreated all Dzolalians to make an appearance for the Health walk in their colorful T-shirts to walk to Victory.
Keta Senior High Technical School (KETASCO) was officially founded on 27th February 1953 in rented premises; Kudzawu’s house, opposite the Dzelukope branch of the Electricity Company of Ghana.
