Headmaster of the Seventh Day Adventists Basic School at Kukurantumi in the Eastern Region, Michael Danso, has appealed to government to help meet the infrastructural deficit confronting the school.

He said inadequate classrooms is seriously affecting enrolment in the school as most parents are either withdrawing their children or not bringing them due to the situation.

Mr. Danso made this known at Kukurantumi in the Abuakwa North Municipality when some Old Students presented Personal protective equipment (PPE) and other educational materials to the school.

According to him, the school’s Kindergarten block is in a deplorable state while a six unit JHS classroom block started in 2012 has still not been completed.

A Representative of the Old Students Association, Kwaku Ankomah in an interview said the aim is to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
