President Akufo-Addo has promised to remove the barriers that impede entry into Tertiary Institutions by making funds available to students who cannot afford.
He said government will fulfill its promise of giving students guarantor-free loans where payment will be deferred until the completion of National Service with an extra grace period.
President Akufo-Addo made this known when he inaugurated a FIFA Standard Astroturf at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) in Accra.
