A technical advisor to the Minister of Energy, Edwin Provencal, has been appointed the new Managing Director of the Bulk Oil and Transport Company Limited, BOST.
He was nominated by President Akufo-Addo to replace George Mensah Okley ,who resigned from the position last August 23.
Mr Okley tendered in his resignation to the President after serving a little over two years at the state entity.
A statement signed by the Deputy Minister of Energy, Joseph Cudjoe, requested the Board to assess the suitability of Mr Provencal for the appointment. The Board has however assured all stakeholders that operations of the company will continue uninterrupted.
